MSc. Azemina Vukovic, Director of BIHARNET, received M.Sc. diploma Major in Physical chemistry, 1981 at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sarajevo, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sarajevo, B&H. She also passed different types of education sessions in: Strategic Managements and Strategic Planning- Human Factors Oslo, University of Sarajevo and IFES Washington; From 2001 until now she works as Director of BIHARNET and Leader of the Noel-Baker Center for Education. After the war until 2001 she worked in OSCE as Program Manager and Deputy Director of Professional Development Branch. Before the war she was the B&H Minister of Finance for higher and secondary education and candidate for B&H Presidency on Elections held in 1990. From 1988 -1992 she was member of the B&H Parliamentary Commissions for Science, Commission for Education and Commission for Social-political activities. From 1974 - 1998 she worked in UNIS company on positions: Analyst- Laboratory/Department of Chemistry, Leader of Analytical Laboratory- Department of Chemistry, Main Engineer-in-Charge for international programs in Development Section. From last year she is Local expert for education hired from PRSP office of B&H Council of Ministers.
